Pastor E.D. Richardson is the founder and senior Pastor of New Beginning Empowerment Church in Hampton, Virginia; home of the "Empowerment Zone." His teaching and preaching ministry is informative, challenging, thought provoking, and filled with revelation of God's wisdom. He is a ministry trainer and operates in "the gifts of the spirit." He has established several ministries for the benefit and enrichment of the people in and outside the church. He is married to the lovely Mary Richardson. She has aided him in implementing the ministry works that are being carried out in the church. They have four adult children and ten grandchildren.
